Project Pink Dot

What is it? 

Project Pink Dot was initiated to draw attention to gender bias within the physical workplace environment at Sport Canterbury. It focused on illuminating systemic inequalities rather than targeting individual behaviours or people and served as a catalyst to raise awareness about gender bias. We are sharing this as a tangible “how-to” resource which helps create awareness and guides decision-makers to plan and implement change towards greater equity for women and girls.

Who is it for? 

It is for anyone that sees the need to improve outcomes for women and girls in their organisation.  It could be a staff member, CEO, coach or anyone else working in this space.
