Tamariki from eight Healthy Active Learning schools across the Mid Canterbury region last month came together to host a vibrant, day-long expo filled with fun, movement and learning.

Designed for other schools and the community, the event showcased a wide range of interactive activities led by the students themselves. 

With support from Healthy Active Learning Facilitator Anna Holland, Kai for Kids Chairperson Jo Taylor and dedicated school staff, the expo was a true celebration of wellbeing, healthy food and community connection.

Tamariki proudly shared their knowledge and passion for Healthy Active Learning with their whānau, friends and local groups, making it a day to remember.
