Stay On Your Feet provides a home-based exercise programme for people 65+.
Full Training and support is provided. 

The next 3 day training course will be held on:      Monday April 26th, Tuesday April 28th & Friday April 30th
 
We are looking for caring individuals who are interested in working with older adults.
