The SBS Family Duathlon

You can choose to partcipate as an individual, team (up to 3 members) or a family (up to 6 members), and there is also the option of a short distance (2km run, 4km bike, 1km run) or a long distance (4km run, 8km bike, 2 km run) duathlon.

Participants must be at least 8 years old.

For the Under 8's there will be some fun activities on offer while the Duathlon is in progress. All you need is s gold coin donation and an adult to supervise.
