Sport Opportunity

Sport Opportunity is a partnership between Canterbury West Coast Sports Trusts and the Halberg Trust, linking people with a disability to sport and active leisure in their community.

The role of the Sport Opportunity Advisor is to give people with a disability the same opportunities as everyone to participate, enjoy and achieve in their choice of physical activity. We aim to link people with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities into community based sport and active leisure.

The Sport Opportunity Advisor works across all areas of the Trust including Sport Development, Education and Physical Activity
